So happy with them and I am able to self manage my mum’s care package by using wonderful Mable carers.

Easy to use, good online assistance and portal easy to use. I can find my own staff from Mable or services through HomeMade. I’m happy.

…they have the platform that enables you to do it yourself. They make sure you get to review invoices for approval and make sure your caregivers or services are paid and lots more too. It costs money to have that portal available to us. I am a newbie to them and so far, it has been excellent.

I have a lot more peace of mind now I have decided to go with HomeMade. It will give me choice and control over how my package is used. I will not be independent according to other people’s standards and rules. This way, I will be doing it my way.

I am self managing through HomeMade, only applied for a package May 2023, granted in August 2023, assessment from HomeMade on my requirements and approved to self manage, have found it quite straightforward and very helpful. I have just had my 90th birthday and am still confident to continue self managing, thanks to HomeMade.
