Both are self-managed products. Self-Management involves organising all of your support needs yourself without external help. Our Fully Coordinated service is still a form of self-management but with the addition of a lot of coordination and ongoing support from our team.**
This means you still have control over who provides your support but without the extra work of finding and booking your support workers.

*HomeMade fees are based on the fees paid annually by a Fully Coordinated service customer on a Level 4 package. This is compared with the maximum total fees a traditional provider can charge a person on a Level 4 Home Care Package, as at January 2025.
**HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model and as such, does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade services, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.
