How your Self Managed fees work
There are two fees that support the care management and delivery of services you receive through HomeMade.

The government sets aside 10% of your Support at Home funding for care management. This is paid to HomeMade to help manage and support your care.

This applies to services you receive through HomeMade. For every $100 service, $10 is taken from your funding to help cover the administration and support involved in managing your services.
10% care management allocation + 10% service loading fee.
Contributions are separate
Depending on your financial assessment, you may need to contribute towards some Support at Home services. This amount is set by Services Australia and is separate from HomeMade’s fees.
