Our Leadership Team
Jill is an experienced aged care practitioner and has held various leadership positions in the healthcare sector. She is a registered nurse.
Jill is a Fellow of the Australian College of Nursing and the Australian Association of Gerontology. She is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Jayne holds several Board positions across various organisations.
She began her career as Director of Nursing. Over the years she has been involved in several healthcare ventures including consulting, Managing Director of Vision Group and co-owner of Sydney Breast Clinic and BCAL Diagnostics.

Laura is strong leader who has worked with multidisciplinary teams to identify and solve problems that matter most to customers. With a history in delivering growth through implementation of new initiatives and strategic partnerships. Laura has a passion for solving problems that will make a difference to people’s lives.

Katie looks after our large team of Support Partners. Her background is in Analytics, with a Bachelor degree in IT. Katie’s focus is looking at operational efficiencies and how to improve processes to deliver better outcomes for our customers.

Jennifer looks after our Clinical team at HomeMade and has a wide-range of professional experience. Including previous roles in residential and community aged care, digital health, risk and compliance and health board directorships.
Jennifer is a registered nurse who began her career with the Department of Health (WA Health)
