On Fully Coordinated, our team find and book support workers on their behalf. There is still an element of self-management^, but Fully Coordinated saves you time and effort by taking care of the admin.

Self-management may be a good fit for you if you have the time, ability, and skills to manage your home care services and want to have control and flexibility over your care while staying in your home.
However, if you experience cognitive decline, receive a diagnosis of a health condition, require extra support, or have difficulty with daily tasks such as showing or eating adequately, self-management may no longer be suitable.
Also, if you are on the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), you are not eligible for self-management with HomeMade.
HomeMade is a home care package provider who gives recipients the opportunity to self-manage their package. We work alongside you to make sure you are getting the most out of your HomeCare package. If you decide self-management is right for you, we will set up a robust support plan and budget so that you have clear guidance about what what services to engage in with that fits your home care package level. We will provide you with the tools to successfully manage the package independently… you won’t hear from us like a traditional case manager as we really advocate for you to drive your HCP. We are of course here to support you if your situation changes or if you need to discuss complex situations.
When you self-manage with HomeMade you secure a low admin fee of 15% + support fee, no matter your homecare package level.
Traditional provider-management can take up to 35% of your home care package, but with our 15% flat fee you could get 1-6+ extra hours of care a week.

*HomeMade fees are based on the fees paid annually by a Self Management service customer on a Level 4 package. This is compared with the maximum total fees a traditional provider can charge a person on a Level 4 Home Care Package, as at January 2025.
**HomeMade hours per fortnight are based on a Self Management customer on a Level 4 package that is paying the average weekday hourly agreed rate for social support and domestic assistance in aged care and disability support observed on the Mable platform from 30 June 2024 to 1 January 2025. Mable is part of the same group of companies as HomeMade. This is compared with the hours of support that a person on a Level 4 package can get when paying the maximum total fees permitted and the average rate per hour charged by a support worker for cleaning and household tasks at three of the largest traditional home care providers in Australia, as at January 2025.
^HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model and as such, does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade models, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.
