HomeMade Self-Management empowers you to confidently manage your Home Care Package yourself. With an easy-to-use platform and access to 2,000+ verified service providers, you can choose and book the support you want, when you want it.

Fully Coordinated

HomeMade Fully Coordinated takes care of the organising of care and support workers, so you can get on with enjoying life. While there is still an element of self-management*, we’ll take care of the day-to-day, including finding and booking local workers who fit your needs and schedule.

*HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model and as such, does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade products, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.

We’re here to help with Support at Home

From 1 November 2025, there will be changes to how aged care funding is provided by the Australian Government. The Home Care Package program and Short-Term Restorative Care program will be replaced by the Support at Home program.

The new program aims to build a flexible, personalised and more supportive system for in-home aged care, so older people can live independently at home for longer. HomeMade is here to help you understand the changes and maintain access to support services.
