1. You Want to Refer a Family Member or Friend
If you are already with HomeMade and are enjoying your experience with us, you can refer your friend or family member and both you and them will receive your $250 credit*.
Here’s how:

Once your friend has signed up with us, we will arrange the $250 credit* to your account.

2. Your Family Member or Friend Referred You
If you know someone who is already with HomeMade and who has told you about us, when you sign up, be sure to let us know.
Here’s how:
Call and speak to one of our friendly specialists for your home care package consultation.
Let our Team Member know the name of your family member or friend who is already with HomeMade.
Once your sign up is complete, we will arrange for the $250 credit* for you both. Please refer to the terms and conditions for full details.

Terms and Conditions:
Refer a family member or friend to use HomeMade or be referred by someone using HomeMade to receive a $250 credit each (Credit) for use on the HomeMade platform (the Offer), subject to the terms and conditions below.
- The Offer is valid from 5 June 2024 and is available until revoked by HomeMade.
- The Offer is valid for 90 days from the date the individual who has been referred (Referral Recipient) is referred to HomeMade by an existing HomeMade customer (Referral Provider).
- To qualify for the Offer, the Referral Recipient must be someone who is not an existing or prior customer of HomeMade and must join HomeMade as a customer. The Referral Recipient must sign a new HomeMade Customer Agreement.
- Credit will be added to the HomeMade account for both the Referral Recipient and the Referral Provider within 60 days of the Referral Recipient’s start date with HomeMade as set out in their HomeMade Customer Agreement.
- The Credit will be automatically deducted off HomeMade’s management or other fees incurred by the Referral Recipient and Referral Provider incurred in the month after the Credit has been applied to the account. If you have remaining Credit following the deduction of fees, the remaining Credit will be applied to HomeMade fees in the following months until the Credit is exhausted or expires.
- Any unused Credit will expire after 12 months from the date the Credit is applied to the account.
- The Credit is not transferable.
- The Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The Terms of Use and the terms of the HomeMade Service Agreement apply.
