HomeMade Self-Management empowers you to confidently manage your Home Care Package yourself. With an easy-to-use platform and access to 2,000+ verified service providers, you can choose and book the support you want, when you want it.
HomeMade Fully Coordinated offers everything in our Self-Management option, plus a lot of expert support. Our expert team handles the organisation of your day-to-day support including budgets and invoices. There is still an element of self-management^, but we’ll find and book local workers who fit your schedule and lifestyle, so you can set your mind at ease.

^HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model and as such, does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade models, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.
