Whether you choose Self-Management or Fully Coordinated, HomeMade’s services allow you to find the home and gardening services you need.

HomeMade Self-Management empowers you to confidently manage your funding and support yourself. With an easy-to-use platform and access to 2,000+ verified service providers, you can choose and book the support you want, when you want it.

HomeMade Fully Coordinated offers a more supported service, where our expert team handles the organisation of your day-to-day support. While there is still an element of self-management^, set your mind at ease knowing we’ll take care of the day-to-day, including finding and booking local workers who fit your needs and schedule.

Yes, you can! That’s the great thing about HomeMade – you decide who provides your support services.

On HomeMade, you can search our extensive Australian network of verified providers and find home and gardening service providers in your local area. Alternatively, you can submit a request for HomeMade to onboard your existing service provider if you’re interested in continuing to work with them using your Home Care Package (Support at Home from 1 November 2025).

*On HomeMade, aged care funding refers to either the Home Care Package program or the Support at Home program, depending on your current eligibility and the stage of government reforms.

^HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model. It does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade models, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.
