Under Support at Home, 10% of your funding will be allocated to Care Management. This is a government-mandated allocation that is set aside from your funding and given to your provider to cover care management.

The saving calculations compare HomeMade’s fully managed prices against the average of five different registered aged care providers’ published prices. Prices used for calculations were as per registered providers’ websites or My Aged Care as at 1 Nov 2025.
