Our Self Managed option is an affordable way to manage your Support at Home funding without compromising on quality.
Self-managing puts you in the driver’s seat, giving you choice and control over your budget and schedule, while giving you access to service providers who offer lower rates so you get more from your funding.
When you choose Self Managed, we’ll show you the ropes with our time-saving tools, so managing your day-to-day support is effortless. Get started with a fast set-up and stay in control with budget tracking online.
Join before 30 June 2026 and lock in this reduced rate for 12 months from the date you sign up. Normally 10%, this reduced rate means that more of your funding can go towards your care.
The service fee only applies to services you receive. It covers administrative costs as well as costs associated with managing service providers and support workers. Terms and conditions apply.

The main difference between our Self Managed and Fully Managed options lies in how your care is managed ongoing. Both options include our expert team setting up your care plan to get you started. Then, if you self-manage, our team will show you the ropes so you can manage your budget and care yourself. If you choose Fully Managed, our team will manage it all for you on an ongoing basis.
If you want the best-value home care but don’t want to manage everything yourself, Fully Managed could be the answer.
With our Fully Managed option, you still enjoy choice and control, with the reassurance of our expert team managing everything for you. We set up your care plan and find your providers, and you can have your say on who provides your support.
When you need it, we’re here to organise appointments with occupational therapists, find allied health professionals, and arrange your annual review.
