I’m Misty, Senior Manager of HomeMade Community Partnerships and a Registered Nurse. After years in emergency departments across WA, I moved into aged care to improve access for older people in rural and remote communities.

Fun fact: When I’m not working, you will find me in the gym, on a hike, at the beach or trying to learn piano!

Hi, I’m Dex, and I’m a Relationship Manager at HomeMade. I work closely with new coordinators through onboarding, making the aged care sector and HomeMade processes as uncomplicated as possible. Seeing coordinators thrive in their first few months is what drives me.

Fun fact: In my spare time, I’m usually in the water polo pool or on the golf course!

I’m Georgia, a Relationship Manager with over three years in aged care, passionate about building trusted partnerships and helping coordinators feel confident and connected.

Fun fact: I competed nationally in diving. My party trick is still surprising people with a flip off the side of a boat!

Hi, I’m Rachael, Community Partnerships Coordinator and Registered Nurse with experience living and working in rural and remote Australia. I love helping people in far-flung locations access the care they need.

Fun fact: I’m currently obsessed with ocean swimming in Fremantle, where I call home.

My name is Diane, and I’m the Community Partnerships Operations Manager. I’m an experienced operations leader with a background in disaster management, criminal justice and community partnership development. I’m passionate about bringing people, services and systems together.

Fun fact: I spend my weekends hiking across Victoria, but never alone because I have absolutely no sense of direction!

As a Support Specialist, I support coordinators across onboarding and day-to-day processes here in the Community Partnerships team. I bring a background in supply chain from the medical device industry and love finding efficient solutions.

Fun fact: outside of work you’ll find me at Pilates or cooking up a storm for my family.

I’m Taryn, your Support Specialist on the Community Partnerships team! I handle pre-boarding, needs assessments, agreements, and pretty much whatever needs doing. I joined Community Partnerships in November 2025, and it’s by far my favourite place to be.

Fun fact: I’m either climbing a mountain or binge-watching movies.

Hi! I’m Josh, a Support Specialist on the Community Partnerships team. I assist coordinators to ensure the pre-boarding process is seamless and efficient. With a background in customer service in the tech space, I’m passionate about solving problems, working as a team, and delivering a smooth, supportive experience for our Community Partnerships team.

Fun fact: I believe I am a film buff, but I am terrible at movie trivia!
