HomeMade Community Partnerships takes a hands-on approach to providing more support options for older people in the communities they know and love, building local pride and contributing to economic development.

How it works

Fees

A 10% care management fee applies. This is a government mandated allocation which is set aside from your funding and is given to your provider to cover care management.

Your dedicated coordinator will find and book support workers who fit your needs, and manage your care calendar on your behalf.

Safeguards in place

Benefit from a provider that is 100% compliant with the Aged Care Quality Standards, as assessed by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in September 2023.
