HomeMade Community Partnerships is a sustainable solution designed to help older people in rural and regional Australia stay in their homes for longer.
HomeMade Community Partnerships takes a hands-on approach to providing more support options for older people in the communities they know and love, building local pride and contributing to economic development.
We support local Coordinating Hubs and provide learning resources to coordinators, enabling them to manage care on behalf of locals who need support at home.
HomeMade works with you and your local coordinator to design a tailored care plan that suits your Home Care Package budget and needs.
HomeMade partners with Mable, part of the same group as HomeMade, to source local, verified independent support workers.
Local people and businesses are provided with flexible and sustainable revenue streams through aged care funding.
HomeMade Community Partnerships charges a fee of 26% out of your Home Care Package. Half of this goes to your local Community Partner or Coordinating Hub.
While most traditional providers can charge up to 35%, HomeMade’s lower flat fee means you could get more hours of support.
Receive care at home from trusted members of your own community.
Your dedicated coordinator will find and book support workers who fit your needs, and manage your care calendar on your behalf.
Benefit from a provider that is 100% compliant with the Aged Care Quality Standards, as assessed by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in September 2023.
HomeMade is a leading home care provider empowering older Australians to choose their at-home support. Supported by your local community coordinator, HomeMade puts you in control of your aged care services.
