(Full Pensioners) - Terms

Eligibility

To be eligible for the contribution offer (Offer), you must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be a new or returning customer (that left HomeMade before 1 July 2026) who commences with HomeMade between 1 July – 1 October 2026;
  • Be a Self-Management customer;
  • Be assessed as a full pensioner by Services Australia;
  • Have successfully completed the HomeMade onboarding processes, including being assessed as suitable for Self-Management, and accept the HomeMade Customer Agreement; and
  • Comply with your obligations under the HomeMade Customer Agreement.

Terms and conditions

The Offer involves HomeMade covering your contributions on ongoing in-home services only under your Support at Home package for a period of 12 months from your start date at HomeMade (Offer Period).

As a condition of receiving the Offer, you agree that you must meet the eligibility criteria throughout the Offer Period. If you no longer meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you accordingly and you will be required to pay contributions again.

You agree that HomeMade reserves its rights to require you to re-pay any contributions that HomeMade covered during any period you did not meet the eligibility criteria but received the Offer. If this occurs, we will notify you and provide you with an opportunity to respond.

HomeMade may withdraw this Offer at any time. This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefits. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or campaigns run by HomeMade unless otherwise allowed by HomeMade.

Exclusions

You agree that the Offer does not apply to the following and you will need to pay for:

  • Contributions on Assistive Technology-Home Modifications and other short-term pathways; and
  • Services you have engaged that are not included in your agreed care plan and budget, including any excluded services or services above your package funding.
