New HomeMade Customer - $1200 Shopping Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Important information

The below terms and conditions are in relation to the New HomeMade Customer – $1200 Shopping gift card.

To be eligible you must:

  • commence with HomeMade as a Self-Managed or Fully-Managed customer on or after 20 October 2025 and by 31 January 2026 at 11.59 pm; and
  • have successfully completed the HomeMade Onboarding Processes and comply with the HomeMade Customer Agreement and applicable Terms and Conditions during and after these processes; and
  • be a new HomeMade customer; and
  • not have been off boarded within 30 days of your commencement with HomeMade.

Usage

  • The voucher will be sent to eligible customers’ home address after 30 days from the start date of your home care agreement with HomeMade (please allow an additional 30 days for delivery of the voucher).

  • The voucher can be used on eligible purchases as set out on the Coles Group and Myer voucher Terms of Use from the date it is valid until expiry.

Exclusions

Other important things to note

  • The voucher is valid for 4 years from date of issue. After this time, any unused voucher will expire.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Use of the voucher is subject to the Coles Group and Myer Terms of Use.
  • In these Terms and Conditions ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the Client and/or Recipient only, not the family representative or the account representative or any other similar persons.
