Self Managed HomeMade Customer - 8% service loading fee Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

To be eligible for the reduced service loading fee of 8% (Offer), you must:

  • commence with HomeMade as a Self-Management customer on or after 1 November 2025 and by 31 January 2026 at 11.59PM; and
  • have successfully completed the HomeMade onboarding processes, including being assessed as suitable for self-management, and accept the HomeMade Customer Agreement; and
  • be a new HomeMade customer.

Terms and conditions

  • You will be charged the reduced service loading fee of 8% on services you engage in the first 12 months from the start date of your agreement with HomeMade, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
  • After this time, your service loading fee will increase to 10%.
  • Your HomeMade Customer Agreement will state the base rate of 10% service loading fee as this is a temporary promotional offer only.
  • HomeMade may amend or revoke the Offer at any time.
  • The Offer is non-transferable and non-redemable for cash or any other benefits.
  • This Offer is subject to your HomeMade Customer Agreement.
