Get the support you need with HomeMade

Since Support at Home began, many people now need to pay towards the cost of their aged care services. For full pensioners, this is usually:

  • 17.5% for everyday support, such as cleaning and gardening
  • 5% for independence support, such as transport

HomeMade is here to help by covering contributions for eligible full pensioners who join HomeMade for 12 months on ongoing services, including:

  • Meal preparation and delivery
  • Home cleaning
  • Gardening
  • Transport support

Who is eligible for this offer?

Australia's best-value home care just got better if you or your loved one is:

  • A new or returning customers that starts with HomeMade from 1 July to 1 October 2026;
  • Assessed as a full pensioner by Services Australia;
  • Looking to join HomeMade and have completed the onboarding process and been assessed as a suitable HomeMade customer; and
  • Compliant with your obligations under the HomeMade Customer Agreement during the term of the offer.

How it works

  1. Confirm your eligibility with our team, including that Services Australia has assessed you as a full pensioner
  2. Choose your service providers from HomeMade's network of over 3,500 providers across Australia.
  3. Receive your ongoing services with $0 contributions for 12 months (subject to meeting the eligibility criteria).

Once your 12-month offer ends, your standard Support at Home contributions will apply. We’ll never charge you more than the contribution rate set by Services Australia.
