To receive the offer, you’ll need to have completed your means assessment with Services Australia before you start receiving services with HomeMade. We use the information provided by Services Australia to confirm your eligibility and automatically apply the offer to your account.
If you haven’t completed your means assessment yet, you can do this through myGov or by contacting the Services Australia Aged Care line on 1800 227 475.

This means your eligible ongoing services will show a $0 contribution payable while the offer applies.
If Services Australia determines that you don’t meet the eligibility requirements (for example, you’re assessed as a part pensioner rather than a full pensioner), the offer won’t apply.
If contributions should have been paid from your HomeMade start date, we may need to charge those amounts retrospectively. If this happens, we’ll contact you in writing and give you the opportunity to discuss the outcome.
HomeMade must use the pension information provided by Services Australia.
If you believe your assessment is incorrect, you’ll need to contact Services Australia to request a review.
