In order to access aged care shopping assistance​ and errands services for seniors through a Home Care Package, you will need to complete an aged care assessment that establishes your needs. If assessed as eligible for a Home Care Package, you can work with your aged care provider to establish what services will best meet your needs.

Aged care shopping assistance​ and errands services for seniors are designed for people who require help with shopping or running errands. They may need help with transportation to the shops, carrying bags, or collecting items on their behalf.

Personal care is designed for people who may require assistance with self-care, medication administration, or conscience care.

^HomeMade Fully Coordinated is a self-managed service model. It does not include out-of-hours support, and some service exclusions apply, such as equipment trials. As with all HomeMade models, customer suitability will be assessed before commencement.
