No, HomeMade does not offer services for CHSP recipients at this stage. If you transition your funding from CHSP to Support at Home, we can help you understand aged care funding and how HomeMade can support you.
We’ll create your care plan during your home visit.
We love getting to know you and having open conversations so you can contact us about your care plan at any time.
We’ll email you your care plan within 14 days of signing up with HomeMade.
If you’d like to make changes to your plan or your needs have changed, book a session with your support partner.
Yes, and your budget will be included in your care plan. You can also view your budget, available balance, statements and invoices via your online account.

HomeMade isn’t an employer of support workers but we’ve built relationships with a wide range of service providers to best suit you.
If you’d like to continue receiving services from a specific support worker, we will work with you to add them to our approved network.
Please note that your support worker will need an ABN, a police check, and insurance to onboard with HomeMade.
If you are self-managing your care, you have choice and control over your services, which extends to choosing your own workers. You can choose to source workers through the HomeMade and Mable platforms or arrange for the support workers you already use to be onboarded onto the HomeMade platform.
No, family members can not be paid to provide support services.
Immediate family members, such as a partner or adult child, can not be paid as your support worker under government-funded aged care, as it is a conflict of interest.
Whether you’re looking for social support or personal care, your support worker has to be a good fit for you and finding that person or team of support is important. On Mable, you can search their platform of over 21,000 support workers. There’s a wide range of filters you can apply to your search to find suitable support workers.

Yes. We’ll work with you when you start setting up the services that suit your needs. Then, if you’re self-managing, we’ll hand it over to you to choose and manage your support and be available to help if you get stuck. Or if you are on our Fully Managed option, we will find and organise the support for you.

At HomeMade, we believe that quality home care shouldn’t break your budget. That’s why we offer low rates that help you get more value from your aged care funding. Our fees depend on whether you select our Self-Managed or Fully Managed options. You can find information on our fees on our Pricing page.
