You can search for service providers through your HomeMade account.
Steps to search for service providers
- Log in to your dashboard
- Select Service providers
- Select Search providers
- Use the filters to narrow down your search
- Review service providers
- Connect with your chosen service provider directly through your dashboard.
Note: You can engage service providers only for services approved in your care plan.
What if my chosen provider is not on HomeMade?
You can request that your chosen service provider be onboarded with HomeMade.
- Log in to your dashboard
- Select Service provider
- Select Request new provider
- Select Service provider
- Enter the service provider’s information
What if my provider is a sole trader?
If your provider is a sole trader delivering support work services or nursing care, they will need to join Mable, which is part of the same group as HomeMade.
They can do that by registering as an independent support worker through the Mable platform.
