    From 1 November 2025, there have been changes to how aged care funding is provided by the Australian Government. The Home Care Package program and Short-Term Restorative Care program are now replaced by the Support at Home program.

    The new program aims to build a flexible, personalised and more supportive system for in-home aged care, so older people can live independently at home for longer. HomeMade is here to help you understand the changes and maintain access to support services.
