Choose our Fully Managed option to get more hours of care from your funding, with no surprise costs. We take the lead, finding and managing quality care at lower rates with your input.

  • We work with you to create your care plan and find providers at a set rate.
  • We’re here to organise home modification assessments, allied health professionals, and replacement service providers.
  • We help you buy consumables and assistive technology with support from start to finish.

A 10% care management fee applies. This is a government mandated allocation which is set aside from your funding and is given to your provider to cover care management. 

Plus you’ll access cheaper set rates* for the services you need to get more out of your funding.

Our Self Managed service fees

These fees apply to the care management and delivery of services you book through HomeMade

Fee breakdown
10% care management fee
  • A care management fee applies. This is a government mandated allocation which is set aside from your funding and is given to your provider to cover care management.
8% service loading fee

Save 2% to get even more out of your aged care funding

Limited time**

Regular fee 10%

  • This fee is only applied to services you have received. For example, if a service costs $100, you will have an 8% service loading fee of $8 taken from your funding. It covers admin and costs associated with managing service providers and support workers.

**8% offer is available for customers who sign up between 20 October 2025 and 31 January 2026 and applies for 12 months from the date of sign up.
